ParkUp Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParkUp parking reservation and payment platform, including our website and our iOS and Android mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ParkUp Inc. ("ParkUp," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. The Services
ParkUp lets you locate, reserve, and pay for parking. Availability, pricing, and parking rules are set by parking operators and may change. You are responsible for complying with all posted rules at any parking facility you use.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments
By completing a booking, you authorize ParkUp to charge your selected payment method for the parking fees and any applicable taxes or service charges. All fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you opt in to the ParkUp mobile messaging program, we send parking booking confirmations, receipts, and session reminders by SMS text message to the mobile number you provide. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
- Consent: You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box (not pre-checked) in the ParkUp app or web app.
- Message frequency varies based on your bookings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Help is available by replying HELP or emailing support@parkup.io.
- Your mobile opt-in information and phone number will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
